New Borrower Portal Now Available
We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new borrower portal. To get started, please click “Create an Account” below.
What You’ll Need to Register:
-Your loan number (found on a prior mortgage statement)
-Your Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN
-Access to the email address on file, to receive your verification code
Registration Steps:
- Click “Create an Account” and enter your loan number and SSN/ITIN.
- A verification code will be emailed to you — if it doesn’t appear in your inbox right away, please check your junk/spam folder.
- Enter the verification code, then review and accept the Disclosure Agreement to complete registration.
Trouble Accessing the New Portal?
Our previous portal will remain available through December 31, 2026, so you can continue managing your account there while you get set up on the new system.
Once you submit a payment online we can’t stop it, reverse it, or return it. Please be very careful remitting your payments to our office. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or intend to pay Covey Financial.

Payment Disclosures
You can create a payment schedule online
One-time payment online with your checking account
PayNearMe, our online payment provider, charges a fee to process a one-time online payment via e-check. The total fee is $0.35 and Covey Financial receives no part of this fee.
Payment with your Debit Card
PayNearMe is a third-party payment processing company that charges a fee for all transactions they process on our behalf. PayNearMe adds a $6.99 fee to process all debit card transactions. Covey Financial receives no part of the PayNearMe fee(s). If you are making a payment online, please be sure that you have enough money in your account to make your payment plus PayNearMe’s processing fee.
