How to Engage Covey Financial as Your Loan Servicer
Getting started is straightforward. We’ve designed a three-step process to ensure a smooth transition:
Step 1: Lender Contract Execution
The lender will need to sign our servicing agreement via DocuSign
This agreement outlines our servicing terms, fee structure, and responsibilities to ensure complete transparency and alignment.
Step 2: Complete the Submission Worksheet
Download and complete our comprehensive submission worksheet, which captures all essential loan details and requirements. This ensures we have everything needed to properly set up and service the loan from day one.
Step 3: Submit Required Documents
Send us the necessary loan documentation, including:
- Executed loan documents
- Borrower contact information – forms to add to closing for borrower to complete and receive
- If escrowed, Property insurance and tax information
Documents can be submitted securely via email to loans@coveyfin.com or through our secure ShareFile portal
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your complete submission, our team will:
- Review all documentation for completeness
- Set up the loan in our servicing system
- Contact the both lender and borrower to establish their online account access
- Begin servicing according to the loan terms
