Borrower Portal

Please continue using our current Borrower Portal while we finalize a few enhancements to our new system.

We’re excited about the new features coming your way, but during final testing we identified a few items that need additional refinement. In the meantime, please continue logging in as usual with the following:

Your Account Number (found on all statements)
Your Email Address or Phone Number
Last 4 Digits of your Tax ID (SSN, ITIN, or EIN)

Disclosures

Once you submit a payment online we can’t stop it, reverse it, or return it. Please be very careful remitting your payments to our office. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or intend to pay Covey Financial.

Payment options with a fee (not free):

One-time payment online with your checking account

PayNearMe, our online payment provider, charges a fee to process a one-time online payment via e-check. The total fee is $0.35 and Covey Financial receives no part of this fee.

Payment with your Debit Card

PayNearMe is a third-party payment processing company that charges a fee for all transactions they process on our behalf. PayNearMe adds a $6.99 fee to process all debit card transactions. Covey Financial receives no part of the PayNearMe fee(s). If you are making a payment online, please be sure that you have enough money in your account to make your payment plus PayNearMe’s processing fee.

* We recommend not making payments with your debit card because it is vastly more expensive than other options we have. If you need help connecting your bank account, please reach out to Covey Financial for help. *
